Easy way is the penny test! Take a penny and place it head first into the tire grooves. If you
see the top of Lincoln’s head, your tires need to be replaced.
Squeaky brakes are common. It can be caused by many factors: worn pads, glazed pads, and
rotors, lack of pad insulation, and more. Let us know if you are hearing this noise and we can
assist in finding the reason.
We never recommend driving if your check engine light is, especially if it is flashing. Instead of
taking the risk, you can always have your vehicle towed to our location during or after hours.
First step would be to check your tire pressure, especially if the temperature has significantly
changed. Your tires most likely need a few pounds or more of air. The recommend tire pressure
is commonly listed on a sticker inside the driver’s door. If there isn’t a sticker, you can usually
find the specs in the owner’s manual.
Our talented technicians receive the title of a Mazda Master Technician after they have completed at
least 5 years of training under Mazda and have full knowledge of the ins and outs of the Mazda brand.
Absolutely! We understand that your schedule may require you to drop off your vehicle a little earlier
or later than our service ours. We have a drop box on the side of the service drive. Once you fill out your
information and the reason why you brought us your vehicle, place your key in the packet and drop it
inside the drop box. We will review and contact you as soon as possible.
Yes. If the vehicle is not able to drive the store or it is unsafe to do so, you can have the vehicle towed
to us. If you have it towed after hours, please put your key and information in the drop box located on
the side of the service drive.
