This dealership went above and beyond to make the purchase of our Ford F-450 exceptional. We purchased long distance and the truck arrived with a chip in the windshield which the dealership promptly reimbursed a new windshield. Nothing in life can be perfect but fixing problems as they arise is what we strive to do and that’s exactly what this dealership did. AVOID AT ANY COST! Salesperson lied about car being in an accident and replacements of parts on vehicle. If i could give 0 stars, I would. Making a purchase takes time, thought and a bunch of paperwork but these guys make it fun and are super patient. They are genuinely happy to help you. The service department also does a great job answering any questions you may have when servicing and I like the detailed videos with each service. After some thought and the fact that my 2012 Truck didn’t have the safety features I wanted, I decided it was time to upgrade. Today’s market is tough and shopping it online I found other dealers adding a ton additional markups taking advantage of the supply issues. Everything from mandatory extended warranties to additional things like overpriced floor mats, window visors, after market roof racks, and paint and fabric protection totally several thousand over MSRP. So, the mistake was not fixed. Year later, car is untradable to anyone else but Rick Hendrick Mazda. We were fed a pack of lies about car value holding up, credit would be stellar, etc. Nothing came to fruition and now we cannot find a way to get our family an SUV and are stuck with a tiny vehicle that is worthless. Avoid Mazda and any Rick Hendrick brand. Lies, lies and more lies. Mazda will not and does not hold its value. And keep the car for a year and have equity?! Laughable.

Simply stated this was the worst experience I have had buying a car. From the salesman freaking our when I asked for my keys back to the finance manager (Dwayne), not returning my calls on 3 occasions. The rubber floor mats on a CX-5 look like they have 3 years of wear when they are new. It's also irritating that they tint all the front side windows when the vehicle hits the lot (I don't care for the extra tinting).

Sam was amazing in helping my husband and I find the perfect car for my daughter’s 21st birthday! He was patient and very professional! I purchased a used high end luxury performance vehicle from out of state at Mall of Georgia Mazda. its a very risky and stressful endeavor. Due to problems on my end the process took two weeks.
